Ulanqab YingKe Technology Development Co. Ltd. is a joint-stock company newly established after Chengde Yingke Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Tuofu (Inner Mongolia) Chemical Co., Ltd. and Ulanqab Tuofu Mining Co., Ltd.
The company was formerly known as Tuofu (Inner Mongolia) Chemical Co., Ltd., Ulanqab Tuofu Mining Co., Ltd., and its address is in Chahar Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ulanqab. The company was established in October 2007, mainly engaged in the production of fluorine chemical industry, production and sales of organic chemical industry, mineral processing of imported fluorite ore, mining of non-metallic minerals, ferrous minerals and non-ferrous minerals, mineral processing and mineral products sales. In December 2008, the company's annual output of 30,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project was approved by Inner Mongolia Development and Reform Commission. In 2010, the "three simultaneous" construction of the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project was started. After the preliminary preparation and civil works of the project were completed, the project was suspended due to various factors. In January 2019, Chengde Yingke Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Tuofu (Inner Mongolia) Chemical Co., Ltd. and Ulanqab Tuofu Mining Co., Ltd., holding 67%, and established Ulanqab Yingke Technology Development Co., Ltd.

After years of development, Chengde Yingke Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. now has an annual output of 50,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, 40,000 tons of high purity dry process aluminum fluoride, 100,000 tons of fluorite fine powder, 180,000 tons of fluorgypsum, 120,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 80,000 tons of iron fine powder, 200,000 tons of fluorite raw ore, and 33,000 tons of high purity (electronic grade, optical grade, toothpaste grade) fluorite salt products. It has become one of the important production bases of inorganic fluorine chemical industry in north China. In the past two years, relying on scientific and technological innovation, the company has made great efforts to develop high-end fluorine-containing fine chemicals and stepped into the road of rapid development. Chengde Yingke Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully realized the listing of the "New Third Board" on December 6, 2016, and is now planning matters related to the transfer of the "New Third Board" to the main board, which provides the company with a solid foundation and huge space for development. After successfully acquiring Tuofu (Inner Mongolia) Chemical Co., Ltd. and Ulanqab Tuofu Mining Co., Ltd., and establishing Ulanqab Yingke Technology Development Co., Ltd., the company plans to build on the basis of fluorite mining, mineral processing, 50,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project and 220,000 tons of sulfuric acid project. With electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, BOE, and electronic grade sulfuric acid for ultra high purity semiconductor of wet electronic chemicals vigorously developed by the state as the leading products, it will assist in the development of high purity beryllium fluoride, zirconium fluoride and other inorganic fluoride products for nuclear melt salt reactor with great development space in the future. At the same time, advanced organic fluorine-containing fine chemicals such as key materials for new energy lithium-ion batteries, new-generation refrigerants and fluorine-containing medical intermediates with high added value will be distributed. Giving full play to the company's resource management advantages, the company strives to create a large industrial base of fluorine-containing wet electronic chemicals, fluorine-molten salts fluoride, organic fine fluorine chemicals, advanced refrigerants and fluorine-containing fine chemicals in North China during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
